We are a Oakland County Michigan jeweler that has been in business for over 40 years. If you are a retail customer, please let us know and we will give the Cascade preferred customer discount. Jewelry repair department will turn your old worn jewelry into new and exciting pieces.
Quality and Quick Turn Over
Typical repair times are 7-10 business days.
Repair time once you are placed into the queue you will receive an email or a text with the status update. Normal repairs will take about 7 - 10 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time.
Our turnaround time is the time that it takes for us to repair your piece of jewelry and process it takes to be shipped back to you. If we are delivering your item or if you are picking it up at one of our onsite locations shipping times will not be calculated into the repair process.
We do have a RUSH service if you need your items within 48 hours, restrictions do apply.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Cascade Setters guarantees that, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the repair service provided, for a period of six months following the initial date of the repair in question, we will, at your option: (a) perform the repair service again at no additional cost; or (b) issue a full refund for the repair service charged.
This guarantee only applies to the workmanship of the repair services performed by our jewelers.
Customer must provide prompt notice to Cascade Setters of less than full satisfaction with the repair service as soon as possible.
